I. Introduction:
The opening and closing element of the X44W-10T three-way full-brass flange plug valve is a cylindrical body with a hole. The cylinder and the valve stem rotate around an axis perpendicular to the flow channel, thereby achieving the purpose of opening and closing the channel. The flange three-way full-brass plug valve is mainly used for opening and closing pipelines and equipment media. The main advantages of the three-way full-brass flange plug valve: suitable for frequent operation, fast and light opening and closing. Small fluid resistance. The plug valve has a simple structure, relatively small volume, light weight, and is easy to maintain. Good sealing performance, not limited by installation direction, the medium flow direction can be arbitrary. No vibration, low noise.
II. Features:
1. The window design at the inlet and outlet ends of the valve body is a double-groove sealing ring structure. During the rotation of the plug, the sealing specific pressure between the sealing pairs gradually changes. Until it reaches the fully open or fully closed position, sufficient sealing specific pressure is generated, and the sealing pair achieves zero leakage.
2. The double-groove sealing ring of the X43W two-way plug valve can not only keep the PTFE bushing firmly in the valve body without displacement, but also absorb the slight deformation of the bushing caused by temperature difference changes. At the same time, it produces a strong wiping effect between the bushing and the plug, which also improves the service life of the sealing surface.
3. The upper part of the plug valve shaft adopts a combination of a PTFE diaphragm, an O-ring and an adjustment gasket, which can not only adjust the sealing specific pressure between the sealing surfaces, make the plug rotate flexibly, but also ensure the sealing of the inlet, outlet and middle flange connection ends.
4. The entire sealing process of the plug valve can be approximately considered to be independent of the pressure in the pipeline.
5. Inside the PTFE bushing of the plug valve, fillers of different materials are used according to the operating temperature and working medium, ensuring good lubrication and long service life.
